I do not have good enough intel from Reverse Speech study to be able to operate, reliably, the war status indicators. The battle that will lead to the Hiroshima event - if it is still on - is well concealed.

And compared with the time that the late Ken was around, political VIPs are being denied sensitive information about the nuclear 9/11 plot. My best intel achievements to date have come from the Chinese President and the Russian President.

I will still advise my readers of a Red Alert moment: this will be when the mushroom cloud appears.

Putin's keynote speech at a Russian forum

Although he spoke in Russian, some of his private thoughts are in English. So, from a 45 minute long Russian language speech, I have found seven English language Reversals.

There is quite a bite of intel below with three highlights: WE OWE FEAR, THEY LIE and HER HIROSHOMA.

This might be a reference to the political doctrine that is running behind the scenes in a number of Western countries. I have come across the intel NAZI in the past (it might be in the PDF of the previous page). FEAR is spreading through society in the UK, Australia and parts of New Zealand. A plot concerning me has been discussed between the two leaders and it seems that Mossad is to be briefed on it.

He spoke for around 45 minutes, which is long for him. I have the Russian only language version of his keynote speech (took some searching) and will examine it soon. Last I examined a speech from Putin I found one English language thought.

Hoping that I get some English language Reversals, I like to corroborate intel from Putin with the intel from NATO head Rutte (below).

I examined his opening statement and have some rather interesting intel.

Going solely by the Mainstream Media propaganda stream and some posts on X, it looks like Iran is playing the political game with the USA (and Houston) to bring an end to the war with them. The outcome seems to be that Houston won't be able to have a false-flag mini nuclear incident in the Middle East (I call it the nuclear 9/11) to justify nuking Iran.

So, is Houston turning to Russia and Ukraine once again for a mini nuclear false-flag incident?

I have too many questions at this time and need to examine Putin.

This one has me thinking and the intel seems to be an analogy. Has Hegseth been on a mission to get more countries to sign on to the nuclear 9/11 plan? Or to reassure certain countries about the plan's intentions?

With the nuclear 9/11, I still believe that the world will change more so than what it did when September 11th, 2001 happened.

Even though the nuclear device is a small one, it is likely being detonated in a politically strategic place. As for timing, I'm not expecting to find that in Reverse Speech examination of political VIPs.

Some rare honesty over the pension issue for the next set of pensioners

Nicola Willis has only been partially honest about the matter. The financing issue facing the NZ government is the same issue faced in Western Europe and the USA.

The late Ken Welch found Western governments would eventually face bankruptcy for tax revenues would dwarf expenditure - far more money would be spent on pensions than money coming in to pay for it.

The bankers' solution to this is a 'killer' pandemic for the retirees. This has yet to take place.

A search with ChatGPT revealed how much is spent on Pensions annually in NZ:$24.7 Billion.

This interview was done ten years ago (2016), so some of the intel I share may be dated.

I've got enough intel that tells me Snowden's warning to the people is more serious than he has made it out to be.

Putin can be a philosophical thinker and I sense this is one of those understandings from him. It could refer to anything. What comes to my mind is it might be a thought of the state of people's minds in the setting of social/political issues. Those that are weak is some way are easier to maneuver.

Today there is mixed opinion in NZ about how well the former PM is doing politically and in business. In her recent book publicity event here in NZ (Aotea centre), there was a Covid (the vaccine) and March '19 (firearms issue) protest outside the front on the building.

General commentary

In the world of government (particularly the West) this blog may be seen a service in the field of espionage, a form of spying that is seen as best if it can work. Espionage is the act of obtaining (hidden) information without the consent of the holder.

The late Ken Welch started his research based site as an act of self defence against a lying and corrupt Federal Government (USA) that wanted to change the entire world politically with the detonation of a small nuclear device on American soil. He wanted to stop the event from happening as it was due to take place near where he lived (Houston).

I have simply continued with his cause. I might add that twenty years later, it is harder to do the late Ken's work as it is harder to get the quality of intelligence that he once had. Western governments are all too well aware of Reverse Speech and those with skills in the practice. Efforts to make Prime Ministers and Presidents know little in terms of classified intelligence have somewhat succeeded (up to a point). Intel agencies simply do not inform their leaders - it's a simple as that.

South African President Ramaphosa speech (on resigning)

He spoke about the calls for him to resign. In examination I found one item of Reverse Speech that deserves publication.
