NAVY INTELLIGENCE MANAGEMENT LEARNS THEY MUST LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR NUKES

In our previous report in this series, readers learned that there were actually TWO failed attempts to steal nuclear-armed cruise missiles (and a B-52 bomber to launch them) from Minot Air Force Base, and that a group called the Nimmers were responsible. We also learned last year that the Nimmers are thought to be responsible for planning and managing the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
Nimmers is the insider nickname for Naval Intelligence Management, an agency that barely seems to exist at all. Nonetheless, they (and Navy SEALs) keep showing up in reversed speech as prime movers in the basic treason of taking the nation to war for private profit, while destroying the last remnants of the American Constitution at the same time. While the CIA now controls most domestic black ops and a massive internal propaganda program, it appears that when the chips are down, there is no job too ugly for the U.S. Navy.
So far, they have a dismal track record. The 9/11 attacks were spectacular, but an embarrassing amount of incriminating evidence was left behind while evidence that would support the Al Qaeda theory was inexplicably omitted. Only the new Reich's virtual death-grip on the media and the courts has prevented the total collapse of the government's conspiracy theory. And in each case after 9/11 where we've seen Nimmers involved in creating a new false-flag attack they have failed miserably. The cost of those failures must really be adding up. Nonetheless, they remain key players in the false terror drama. You'll learn about the Nimmers' next mission near the bottom of this report.
The Invasion of Iran was a relatively simple affair when we first ran across it early last year. A baby nuke at a near-obsolete oil terminal on Galveston Bay, followed by the knee-jerk nuclear destruction of Iran, would allow U.S. troops to stroll in and occupy the Iranian oil fields with very little effort. In the first attempt, our own pre-attack reporting exposed the plot and it was called off. In the next two attempts, basic incompetency seems to have prevented success. However, Divine Intervention, or even off-planet assistance, cannot truly be ruled out in what is becoming an amazing story of expensive and embarrassing failure.
At this point the necessary materials for a new 9/11 (phosgene gas) have been assembled, but the invasion itself has been complicated by the secret disaster in Iraq. Nukes for Anbar Province in Iraq are now a top priority. They can only be blamed on Iran, which will be accused of launching them at American bases there out of desperation when Iran itself is attacked. So THREE attacks have to be coordinated, not just two. When we completed the previous report, the nukes for Iraq had not yet been obtained. When reversed speech revealed later that the entire operation had been postponed as a result, we dropped our alert status from red back to orange.
In this report I will document the events following the B-52 hijacking failures, as the Houston-based Oil Cartel that runs the U.S. tries to take what may be its last shot at stealing the world's second largest oil reserves using other people's money and disposable human lives. I'll add material as it becomes available, keeping it in chronological order.
I. Iran Invasion Time Line (Late Summer 2007 - 4th Attempt)
In these pages I normally lay out events in the order in which we discovered them. I feel it gives the reader a better understanding of the detective work involved, and how our project at Ken-Welch.com actually functions. One can appreciate that it may take many days to discover a buried piece of information, and more days to get it written up and the audio prepared for the web. But as the current march to Armageddon has become more complex, even I have to step back and review the list of dates and events to keep it all straight. I've set out below a chronological list of events that are significant to this story, and will add more each time I add another section to this cumulative report.
- July 30. U.K. Prime Minister Gordon Brown is told after being summoned to Camp David that a new 9/11 false-flag attack is planned for the U.S. Although GAMBIT is the code name for false-flag attacks on friendly soil, this particular attack has been given the name, DOSE.
- August 17. I publish our first report on DOSE false-flag attack plan.
- August 27. Attorney General Gonzales resigns. RS from Bush indicates GAMBIT still running, but also includes the phrase, "no oil in gulf." This is our first hint that something is seriously wrong in Iraq.
- August 30. First attempt to steal a nuclear-armed B-52 from Minot AFB fails when something goes wrong during a stopover or transfer at Barksdale AFB in Louisiana. Incident is not reported until five days later.
- September 3. Bush visits Iraq, learns first hand that Iraq mission is failing. Seems to say capital of Anbar Province will be nuked. Katy Couric interviews General Petraeus during same period, and Petraeus indicates that Fallujah will also be nuked. See B-52 Report.
- September 6. Bush in Australia. Australian P.M Howard confirms phosgene gas selected for next false-flag attacks in U.S., locations being chosen that day. See 2nd Report on DOSE.
- September 7. Gen. Hayden speaks to CFR. Five Phosgene Devices. No date. See below.
- September 8. Nimitz Battle Group leaves multinational exercises in Indian Ocean in a hurry. Will be in striking distance of Iran in 8-10 days.
- September 10. We change alert status to RED, issue Attack Warning
- September 11. General Petraeus testifies before the Senate. RS reveals that a second attempt to get nukes out of Minot AFB has also failed. See B-52 Report.
- September 14. VP Cheney visits CENTCOM (MacDill AFB, Fla) and speaks to troops. RS will later show false-flag attacks have just been postponed. Cheney furious. See below.
- September 13 or 14. Bush records Saturday Radio Address for 9/15: "the arrow snatch, yes they took the nuke," losing Iraq. See below.
- September 15. Our first Phosgene confirmation and B-52 story posted.
- September 18. Bush speaks to military families. Unhappy about Iraq, Minot, RS and Internet. Possible death threat for Ken Welch.
- September 19. Bush receives briefing at NSA headquarters - later revealed to lay out replacement plan for Minot nukes.
- September 21. I cancel our Red Alert and publish the Cheney reversal about Gambit being postponed until November.
- September 22 - October 2. Reversals picked up during the first three weeks of September suggest that the release of a Pandemic virus under the guise of Bird Flu is not far off. I put our RS work on temporary hold while creating an illustrated report on how to make life-saving colloidal silver at home. This report is for our donors and is published in the Private Area.
II. Five U.S. Cities Were Slated for Attack
In my last minute haste to publish our phosgene gas confirmation material, the B-52 story, and our first Attack Warning last month, I lost track of this set of reversals and couldn't remember where I had learned that there were five devices to be used. Five devices means five cities, and you can imagine the horror that will build throughout the day as Americans wait to find out which city will be attacked next with deadly gas. Happily enough, the file surfaced when I went back this last week to put material into chronological order.We've done reversed speech on CIA directors before, and it is always a revelation. Doing RS on General Michael Hayden is a nuisance, though, because he has such a soft voice. The lack of hardness and the slightly higher pitch create a voice that becomes fuzzy when reversed and requires careful work to get good, understandable reversals. General Pace has a similarly non-masculine voice and I had wondered how both men achieved their high rank with what would normally be a handicap in the armed services. My suspicion was that both men were beneficiaries of the Pentagon's "don't ask don't tell" policy.
There is an ugly story that the upper ranks of today's military are in fact a mafia-like criminal organization, with members recruited at early stages of their careers. Initiations that include homosexual ceremonies have been suggested, with the purpose of creating men who are subject to blackmail if they get out of line. Good candidates then experience a meteoric rise through the ranks. (see Kay Griggs) I have no evidence that this is so, but the way money disappears from the Pentagon by the billions it seems worthy of investigation.
While Hayden was in charge of the National Security Agency he created the warrantless wiretapping program, a vital tool for the new Reich. Although he has sworn oaths to uphold and protect the Constitution, he saw no problem in doing what that document specifically forbids in plain English.
In the sound clip below you'll find that General Hayden does indeed have a confession to make! It used to be that such tendencies would immediately disqualify a person from holding any position dealing with secrets because they were at risk of easy blackmail. You may wonder, as I do, what has changed. Hayden being a public figure we are free to speculate about him all we wish, but keep in mind that RS is not yet legal evidence of the type that is accepted in courts.
The firm identification of phosgene gas as the weapon of choice for the next false-flag attacks was made in audio clips from other sources. It is Hayden who answers the question of just how many devices there actually are, and consequently how many cities are to be attacked under the current plan. Beyond that, Hayden's briefing for the CFR provides several other interesting points.
Hayden mentions the fact that more and more people are doubting the legitimacy of the "so-called War On Terror." Naturally, this includes the government's conspiracy theory about 9/11 which is losing credibility daily. He seems to be telling the CFR audience that it is vital that the official story be upheld. Why? In reverse we hear, "TREASON IF FOUND." Treason, indeed. If the whole story were known, virtually everyone at the top of the heap in Washington would be guilty of treason. Treason during wartime is a pretty serious matter.

After listening to Hayden's speech a number of times, I noticed that he used an exceptionally firm voice for statements that were either predictions or promises, depending on whether you knew the essential secret that Al Qaeda is simply an imaginary tool. CFR members have been described as belonging to two groups. One group knows the truth and are active conspirators in the creation of the new Reich, while the second group remains in the outer circle, mere seekers after fame and fortune in a more ordinary sense. In a mixed group, and particularly one where many events are not secret, you simply cannot say, "Heads up, guys, our phony terrorists are going to attack soon!"
But this is just what Hayden has come to do. Program notes indicate that it is Hayden who requested time to talk, and his message is twofold: an attack is coming, and it is vital to maintain a war mentality in view of increasing public doubt. I believe that his thought, "THEY HEAR IT," is somewhat like the Biblical reference to those that have ears to hear. CFR members who knew the truth about Al Qaeda would clearly have understood that Hayden's promise of a terrifying attack was not a prediction at all, but something that could be delivered on command.
Hayden is currently involved in pushing an investigation of the CIA's Inspector General, John Helgerson, who had the guts to question CIA's involvement in illegal torture programs. As in any criminal gang, everyone must be a team player and the elimination of dissent is considered vital. Of course, a muzzled Inspector General would be no Inspector General at all.
III. Minot Failure Leads to Invasion Delay
On September 14th Vice President Dick Cheney received a personal briefing at CENTCOM, located at McDill AFB (Florida). The Pentagon's "Central Command" is responsible for Middle East Operations, and therefore the planner/controller for the invasion of Iran and whatever steps must be taken to save Iraq at the same time. It is from this event that we learn that the failure to secure off-the-books nukes from Minot to destroy the Iraqi resistance has also impacted the Iran Invasion timetable, pushing it and the required false-flag attacks in America back by approximately sixty days.After the briefing, Cheney spoke to "the troops," allowing us to learn what the Good Germans at CENTCOM had told him earlier in the day. He was told that GAMBIT, the new 9/11 that was to kick off the Iran Invasion must be postponed until November, and he is absolutely furious. Mentally reviewing that moment in the briefing, he recalls, "I WANT TO CHOKE HIM!"
Three failures in a row, and now this! This poor Neanderthal's whole life for the last twenty years or more has been dedicated to the single task of securing the Iraqi and Iranian oil reserves for his masters in Houston, and now both projects are failing. Multiple reversals confirm his feelings: THIS IS UPSETTING ME, SO MAD TONIGHT, GONE TO HELL - IRAQ, "BULLSHIT, THEY'RE LOSIN' IT" and more.
I would be upset too, if I were in his shoes. Even if the plan eventually succeeds it is unlikely that Washington's famed Darth Vader will get to spend the money. Rumors suggest that Cheney is in a perilous physical condition and may depart this earth at any time. A reversal, "YOU'RE FEEBLE," seems to confirm this. Can you imagine the pointlessness of devoting your life to the enrichment of faceless corporations?
There is also the first sign of what you might call a sad review of the past six years of effort by many of the key players in this great drama. Cheney's thoughts range back to the original 9/11 and also the failed attempt to create a nuclear false-flag event in Israel last year (Aug 4), using the Israeli invasion of Lebanon as a staged provocation. These will make good reports for this website in the future.
One thing of particular interest to Ken-Welch.Com was an indication of just how closely Houston and its servants are following the information that we post. Cheney has learned that the plan to evacuate U.S. troops from Anbar Province just ahead of the false-flag nuclear strikes has been exposed. We hear, "GET OUT FOR THE MISSILE - BLOWN."
Cheney's speech came on September 14th, and I did not post our material about the intended nuking of Anbar until the following day when our B-52 information first appeared. However, a single hint in our September 10 Attack Warning seems to have done the trick. At the bottom of the warning I wrote:
"PERSIAN GULF ADVISORY – In Iraq be alert for U.S. troops and/or mercenary units suddenly leaving difficult areas. If you observe this, you should follow. All areas: review procedures for nuclear fallout protection."
Apparently this was enough to alert Houston and its servants at CENTCOM that I understood their plan and would soon be reporting on it. Over time they've learned the hard way that I never bluff. If I've got it, I've got it, and sooner or later everyone else will have it too.
I'm very concerned about this. General Betray-Us may decide to bug out all by himself, saving his own skin when D-Day comes and leaving American troops behind to be nuked by the Houston Oil Cartel. This would be catastrophically bad judgment in the long run, but none of these people have been thinking straight for a long time. Most have already disgraced their uniform many times over. This means that we are going to have to put on our thinking caps and figure out how our men and women in Iraq are going to protect themselves because it is still Houston's intention that the "GULF GO NUKE."

IV. The "Arrow Snatch"
Every Saturday the White House releases a short pre-recorded audio clip in which Junior speaks to anyone who is interested. This is a tradition begun by FDR during the Great Depression. This particular edition of the Saturday Radio Address was released on the September 15, but was recorded one or two days in advance. The content found in the reversed speech suggests that Junior does not yet know what Cheney learned on Friday (above), and he may not know that the second attempt to steal nukes from Minot also failed. This we had learned from Petraeus on Tuesday, the 11th.However, the Decider In Chief does confirm what we knew all along, the movement of missiles out of Minot AFB was indeed a theft, and not simply a screw-up. Junior loves a catchy phrase, and "ARROW SNATCH" says it all. Arrow, of course, is the traditional code word that would apply to nuclear-armed cruise missiles, and snatch needs no explanation.
It is also clear that the nukes are required for Iraq, the topic of the speech, and they are viewed as necessary "TO WIN NOW."

"YES THEY TOOK THE NUKE" creates an obvious problem in interpretation. Is Junior fully informed? Is taking the same as keeping? You might, for instance, add the words, "and they got all the way to Louisiana with it." The worst case would be to see it as evidence that the Nimmers did in fact get away with at least one missile, although other reversed speech suggests that this is not the case. Personally, I'm taking this one simply as evidence of intent, and will wait for more RS and actual events to provide additional information.
Note that the talk is rehashing the Petraeus report which supposedly indicated success in Iraq and especially in oil-rich Anbar Province. But Junior is still feeling the impact of the real report, that the war is a failure and we cannot hold on much longer. He seems to take consolation in the idea that although the war has failed he gets to keep the gold! Countless Bush reversals have shown that this semi-adolescent's only serious interest beyond getting plenty to eat is cold, hard cash. He's also mentioned gold fairly often.
I have often wondered what sort of promises were made to Junior to get him to agree to be the puppet-in-chief, despised by millions. Do you remember all that gold that disappeared from the World Trade Center basement during the night before the 9/11 attacks?
V. A Death Threat?
By the following Tuesday, September 18, Bush has been fully briefed on current events. He knows that the Minot nuclear missile hijacking scheme has failed a second time and been canceled. We hear "CANCEL MINOT" as soon as he begins speaking at a special event that morning.He has also learned that over the weekend Ken-Welch.Com has once again published the ugly truth. Reports revealed the disaster in Iraq, the purpose of the B-52 hijacking, and additional confirmation of the poison gas attacks that are planned for multiple U.S. cities.
On that day there is a special event taking place on the White House lawn, a gathering of various organizations that support the troops. Bush puts in a brief appearance with his wife Laura. Dick Cheney and Condoleeza Rice, founding conspirators in the false War On Terror campaign just happen to be at the White House that morning as well, and they also come outside for the event.

Just as Cheney has the responsibility for the military side of Houston's quest for other people's oil, Rice is apparently the controller of the SCOPE DANCER imaginary terrorist program which includes Al Qaeda in its entirety, phony Taliban commanders, etc. (Hear her voice from last year in the sound at right.) Her role in the Bush Administration is far uglier than most people would ever imagine.Samples
When Bush introduces Condoleeza Rice to the crowd, his unconscious speech trumpets her actual function: "THIS IS YOUR TERRORIST!"
Indications are that Bush, Cheney and Rice have just been meeting to discuss the multiple disasters that are now working to destroy their plans. They must be desperate to find solutions. Not only does Bush seem dazed and angry, but once again he finds himself apologizing for leaking secrets in his unconscious speech. A series of reversals suggest that his personal solution for the worst of his problems is to send someone to kill yours truly, the author of this report.
This has happened before. It was funny then; not so funny now.
While I am not specifically named in the reversals, you will quickly see why they got my undivided attention that week. They appear right up front, and are probably a continuance of what he was thinking and discussing before coming outside. As he thanks Cheney for joining them a string of seven rapid-fire back-to-back reversals end up with someone getting shot! "DAMN! KILL HIM! SAYING I WAS GONNA SHOOT... GALVESTON. DALEY WILL BE THERE - HE'S LOOSE. HE MUST BE KILLED!"
Galveston is only an hour's drive from Houston - and me. The last time Bush decided to do me in he was thinking of a fellow in Austin for the job. However, you can look at these reversals two ways. It is possible that some fellow named Daley has become Bush enemy number one. For some reason Daley is running loose in Galveston (not a very big place, by the way), and it is vital that Daley be killed. On the other hand, Daley's being "loose" may actually mean that he is available for assignments, and it is someone else who must be killed.
The threat comes closer to home when it appears that the murder is linked to some urgent problem involving the Internet. Bush is still completing his introductions when we get a second long string of ominous reversals: "FIGHTING THIS. BUY IT. HURRY UP WITH INTERNET. HE'LL KILL HIM. FIRST YOU HAVE TO SHOOT..."
Finally, four and half minutes later near the end of the brief speech, the topic of killing someone surfaces again. Is it related? I don't know. The reversal appears in a phrase mentioning military commanders. The statement is simply, "McGARY KILL HIM."
I must warn here that a single reversal by itself is not very conclusive unless it is found to match up with actual events. This could actually mean almost anything. Nonetheless there does seem to be a lot of shooting and killing going on.

Having found these reversals a few days after the event, I naturally reviewed security procedures with all concerned, and Strider and I prepared a "poison pill" report with audio files to be released to several hundred web outlets by one of our supporters at the first sign of trouble. But apparently Bush's wishes were overruled, since neither the mysterious Daley in Galveston nor the suspected assassin, McGary, have put in an appearance. Alas, I haven't received any exciting offers to finance my retirement, either.
Nonetheless, I feel all Ken-Welch.com fans should be aware of this, and I want to remind everyone that our safety is highly dependent on how many people are aware of our work. We survive only in the light. So please continue to tell everyone you know about the work we do here, and don't hesitate to mention our material in online forums, and so on.
VI. Nimmers Go To Plan B To Get Nukes
The Bush Administration and its owners in Houston are now caught in a catastrophic dilemma of their own making. Drowning in a sea of lies, they cannot allow the West to learn that Iraq is falling. They can't lose the thirty or forty years of windfall oil profits from Iraq that they've worked so hard to get. Nor can they complete their final mission and seize Iran's oil reserves with a fallen and hostile Iraq at their back.They don't believe they can save Iraq without nuking rebellious Anbar Province. They can't nuke Anbar except under cover of a nuclear "exchange" with Iran. They don't have the off-the-books nukes to use on Iraq, and their plan to use poison gas in American cities to trigger the attack on Iran has been totally exposed by Ken-Welch.com!
Disaster doesn't even begin to describe their situation.
When you work for the world's most powerful corporations, you cannot simply close up shop and go home when things go wrong. Junior has been told that failure is not an option. "IRAQ - IT CANT FAIL" is the thought we pick up in reversed speech.
But never fear, the Nimmers are here. Naval Intelligence Management has a Plan B and they've had a week since the second Minot failure to get it fired up and on the way.
Bush doesn't sleep well after learning on Tuesday that seven years of hard work are going up in smoke (he tells us in RS the next day that his eyes are red). He has demanded to know what is being done to save the situation so the next morning, September 19, he is taken to NSA headquarters to see the Nimmers' new plan - apparently live and on the big screen. We pick this up from reversals in his post-briefing speech which include "HEY, I WANT A SHOW" and "SAW IT."
Is it a view from a satellite? Apparently it is comprehensive enough to observe a second team secretly following the first one. And guess who it is! "MOSSAD TAILED IT."
There are two reversals suggesting location and destination, but by themselves they are not conclusive. The team is leaving from somewhere in the Middle East, perhaps Afghanistan. The single word "SOVIET" suggests a destination in Russia that would fit their assignment. What's the mission? To steal (or buy) two tactical nukes of the type small enough to fit inside a large artillery shell.

When Junior emerges from the briefing and is given a speech to read that he obviously has never seen before, his mind is spinning from what he has just seen. At least one of the nukes the Nimmers hope to obtain will take the place of a cruise missile from Minot.
The reversal "GULF MISSILE NOW" indicates its role. As presented in our previous report, we know of two nuclear targets in Iraq, Fallujah and Ramadi.
The reversal "THE NUKE - GET TWO" would match this.
Unfortunately, the exposure of the DOSE plan may have left Houston without a weapon of mass destruction to use here in the U.S. to trigger their Armageddon. That plan now has three main components. The use of a WMD on friendly territory (Gambit), the nuclear destruction of Iran as a response and, just recently added, one or more false-flag nuclear blasts in Iraq blamed on a dying Iran.
"TWO NUKES IN THE SHELLS" could both be intended for Iraq, or one of them could be intended for a target closer to home. Recent articles in the propaganda stream claim that the imaginary Al Qaeda (Condi's Scope Dancer) have been seeking nukes. Future reversed speech intelligence work will reveal if the Houston-based Oil Cartel has been forced to take the Gambit strategy nuclear again.

You do not have to "join" PayPal to donate via credit card. Also, PayPal does not forward any financial information to the recipient, and the method is quite secure. The important thing is to do it now, while you are thinking about it.
There are some benefits to donating:
1) PayPal forwards your e-mail address so we can send a thank you note. You will then be added to a mailing list which has turned into a fairly regular newsletter, and you will always be advised of new postings.
2) We have added a private Donor Area where folks can sometimes get a glimpse behind the scenes on new reports, and where our previous newsletters are archived. Some of these newsletters contain extremely valuable information - like how to survive the promised pandemic. This is information that Big Brother absolutely does not want you to know.
