When they arrived at the White House the Bush administration had one primary goal, to seize all non-friendly oil reserves in the Middle East, as well as key pipeline routes, and turn them over to their employers, the Houston-based oil cartel that has been subverting the U.S. government for decades. 9/11 gave them Afghanistan and Iraq. The remaining target has always been Iran, owner of the world's second largest oil reserves and an enemy since the 1979 hostage crisis.
The successful invasion (and destruction) of Iran will require the first use of nuclear weapons against human beings since 1945, and can only be "justified" by an attack on the U.S. (or Israel) using a nuclear device, or some other form of "weapon of mass destruction."
